Levelling Old Concrete Floors provides a clean smooth levelled floor surface ready for floor coverings to be laid, concrete floors may seem level until you place a straight edge or laser over the floor area, all concrete floors will have high and low spots, sometimes up to 50mm in difference due subsidence, concrete shuttering being removed too early or simply in most cases poor workmanship, perfect level floors can be achieved using the bonded floor system.

Garage Concrete Floor Levelling is required when converting your garage into a habitable room and done right can add a lot of value to your property, it is paramount the floors internally are level with the garage floor creating a seamless transition from room to room, by doing so you will create the illusion that the room was always part of the home, this can be achieved using our bonded or unbonded floor system.

Acoustic Flooring Systems increasingly people in Australia are now living in high-rise buildings where noise and privacy between units is an important issue. People are now also moving away from traditional carpet flooring to hard floor covers such as tile, timber and vinyl, acoustic flooring systems used in conjunction with floor levelling can create an effective soundproof floor system.

Raised Homes more often older homes in Australia are being raised to build under, allot of these homes have an existing concrete slab under the house but may not be in the best of condition and may have no record of having a damp proof membrane in place, this can be easily resolved by installing a unbonded Damp Proof Membrane floor system over the existing slab.

Rising Damp Issues Australian Standards AS2870 recommends the use of damp-proofing membranes to prevent rising damp, if your damp proof membrane has failed and you have rising damp issues, this can easily be resolved by installing an epoxy DPM membrane floor system over the existing slab.

Contaminated Concrete Floor surfaces may include rising damp, salt, oil, grease, chemicals, acids, glues, resins and paint, the only way to guarantee adhesion for new floor coverings is by installing an unbonded floor system over the existing concrete floor.

Underfloor heating has been used in Europe for decades and is now becoming very popular in Australia due to its health benefits, unfortunately most underfloor heating systems are installed incorrectly, they are most commonly placed either within the concrete slab or above the slab with no insulation, the result of these poor practices mean more energy is required to heat your floor and to keep it heated because 50% of the heat is lost warming the entire concrete slab and surrounding soil before any heat is released into your home, this can easily be rectified using our hydronic / electric floating floor system.

Un-bonded system.

Liquid screed is placed over an DPM floor system, It is separated from the substrate with a layer of material. This screed system creates a floor with excellent DPM properties, Min thickness 30mm

Floating thermal/acoustic system

liquid screed is placed over a thermal floor system, It is separated from the substrate with a layer of thermal material. This screed system creates a floor with excellent thermal and acoustic properties, Min thickness 35mm

Floating hydronic heating system

A layer of thermal insulation laid over the concrete slab,  heating pipes laid over the thermal insulation and the liquid screed poured over the underfloor hydronic heating floor system.
The fluidity of screed allows for tight encapsulation of the heating tubes creating high thermal conductivity and rapid transfer of heat from the system to the surrounding environment, Min thickness 35mm
